Competition clause

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Economic Competition Law, AMIVE rejects any exchange of information on prices, quotes, discounts, promotions, profits, costs, terms or conditions of sale, production plans or inventories between competitors. Likewise, it rejects agreements to assign clients, divide territories, limit production or innovation or coordinate proposals in tenders.
