The Mexican Association for the Promotion of Electric Vehicles (AMIVE) and the Mexican Carbon Platform (MEXICO2) join forces to carry out a crucial event for the future of electric mobility in our country.
The Mexico EV Day: Financing for electric mobility in Mexico, will seek to bring together key actors from the government, the financial sector, companies and civil society, to discuss the experiences and recommendations that should be considered from a financial perspective when developing electric mobility projects. The event will take place on September 9 at the Auditorium of the Mexican Stock Exchange starting at 9 a.m. and ending with a networking cocktail at 5 p.m.
This event will strengthen the link with the financial sector with a view to continuing to build a robust electric mobility ecosystem in Mexico and to continue developing its enabling mechanisms. We will have the presence of more than 15 high-level panelists with extensive experience in the electric mobility sector. We will analyze financial and business model aspects of public transport projects, commercial fleets, captive fleets, leasing, among others, and we will discuss with actors in the financial sector about their vision of the sector, the risks they still perceive, and the trends we can expect in the instruments to finance the transition to decarbonization of transport.
